A : Which configuration is necessary to use the ShootBox service ?
The ShootBox chats are supported under Windows XP SP2 with Internet Explorer 6 SP2 or more, or with the browser Firefox 1.2 or more. Morever, ShootBox service requires that the Javascript and the cookies are activated on your computer.
A : How to insert ShootBox on my site ?

The code of one ShootBox must be placed between the < body > (located in top of your Web page) and </ body> (located in bottom of your Web page). You can check it by editing your page with a simple text editor (e.g: Bloc-Notes of Windows).
Moreover, if your page is designed in XHTML, you cannot use the integrated mode because an iframe is used to display ShootBox and the iframe is not recognized by the XHTML. We then advise you to use the popup mode.
