Use of the ShootBox service is only permitted if you are in agreement with the following terms and conditions:

Disclaimers

1. ShootBox is not liable for any loss or damage to the user or equipment or third parties as a result of use of the service.
2. Although downtime is exceedingly minimal, ShootBox cannot be held responsible for losses as a result of any downtime.
3. ShootBox cannot be held responsible for any material on any ShootBox that is in breach of copyright or in violation of any other law. ShootBox owners are responsible for monitoring the content of their individual ShootBoxes.

Content

1. The privacy and security of material submitted to any ShootBox cannot be guaranteed. ShootBox does not guarantee that a recent backup of ShootBox posts is available in the event of equipment failure.
2. ShootBox is not responsible for the content of any ShootBox. The views expressed by ShootBox users are not necessarily those of the service administrators.
3. ShootBox reserves the right to remove or modify the content of any ShootBox if it deems such action necessary. ShootBox is not, however, obliged to remove offending content, unless relevant law determines that it is.

Terms of Service

1. The ShootBox may not be displayed on any website deemed unlawful by law.
2. Adverts can be displayed and must be visible to third party visitors – configurations that obscure or render invisible the adverts are not permitted.
3. The 'get one' link must be visible on all ShootBoxes.
4. Failure to comply with these terms may result in deletion of the offending account.

Cessation of Service

1. ShootBox retains the right to cease provision of service to any user for any reason, without prior notice.

Other

1. ShootBox reserves the right to alter or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
